Secure & Discreet Packaging
We understand the value and sentiment behind every piece we ship. That’s why all Valentina Diamonds orders are carefully packaged in protective, tamper-evident materials and placed inside elegant yet discreet outer boxes. There is no mention of “jewellery” or “diamonds” on the external packaging to ensure privacy and security during transit. Each package is insured and handled with the utmost care from our hands to yours.
Real-Time Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real time. You’ll be able to see updates from processing to final delivery. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely and traceable delivery. For custom pieces, you will also receive a dispatch notification as soon as your item passes final quality checks.
Shipping Issues & Claims
In the rare event your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, our customer support team is here to help. Please contact us immediately at info@valentinadiamonds.com.au with your order number and tracking details.
We’ll initiate an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, guide you through the process of filing an insurance claim. Every shipment is covered for its full value to provide you peace of mind.
Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
While we proudly ship worldwide, there are certain regions and restrictions we must follow:
- Restricted Countries: We do not currently ship to sanctioned countries or regions with import limitations on jewellery (e.g., North Korea, Iran).
- Product Restrictions: Some countries may restrict the import of natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, or fine jewellery based on local customs regulations.
- PO Boxes: Due to the high value of items, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or locker addresses.
