Your satisfaction is our priority. Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in their original condition with all documentation and packaging.

Custom Orders

As custom and personalised pieces are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable. We will, however, always work with you to ensure you are delighted with the final piece.
